The Practitioner Behind Acu Relief
I didn't take a straight path to acupuncture. And I think that's exactly what makes me so good at it.
I'm Alexandria — but most people call me Alex. I'm a licensed acupuncturist, massage therapist, registered dental hygienist, and proud Army veteran based right here in Monument, Colorado. I'm also a mom. And everything I'm building at Acu Relief is for my son, Ari, and for the community I'm honored to serve.
Why I Built Acu Relief
After over 20 years in clinical healthcare — first in the Army, then as a dental hygienist, then earning my Master of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine — I opened Acu Relief because I believe something fundamental is missing in modern healthcare: providers who truly listen.
I've sat with many patients. I know what it feels like to be dismissed — to have your symptoms minimized, to leave an appointment with no real answers and no real plan. Acu Relief exists because you deserve better than that. You deserve a provider who treats your whole person: body, mind, and spirit.
